Payment MUST be received with order form.
Tags will not be ordered without payment and a completed order form.

  • Tag Order Form
  • $25 each and Due August 28th
  • Late orders are $35.00 each and accepted between September 1st - September 30th)

Sheep & Goat
  • Tag Order Form
  • $25 each and Due August 28th 
  • Late orders are $35.00 each and accepted between September 1st - September 30th)
Swine 
  • Tag Order Form
  • $25 each and Due September 25th
  • Late orders are $35.00 each and accepted between September 28th - October 31st)
